List of necessary requisites for managing user groups in BotReady:
Technical user group, authorized to manage and administrate Robots.
What are BotReady’s groups?
Groups identify a series of permits and viewing options within the application.
They are divided into:
Groups of Robots: They identify a Robot grouper on which access may be enabled; the user that has this group may view all the Robots included therein.
Group of permits: They identify access and execution roles. BotReady has the following groups:
Technical: authorized to manage and administrate Robots.
Supervisor: authorized to view and track Robots.
Manager: authorized to consult the Robot adoption rate.
Security – Group Management
Access
In order to access the user Group Management section, you must select the corresponding option on the application menu; on the upper left margin, access the drop-down menu, go to Security, and select the Group Management option.
### Security Groups Query
In the **Group Management** section, you may register a new group, and filter, edit and delete existing groups.

#### Search Filters
* **Code**: Search filter by group code.
* **Description**: Search filter by group description.
* **Name**: Search filter by group name.
#### Available Actions
* **Search Button**: It executes the group search based on the applied filters.
* **Add Button**: It provides access to the New Group screen. (See subsection Registering a Group).
- It provides access to the Edit Group screen. (See subsection Editing a Group)
- It disables the BotReady group. (See subsection Deleting a Group)
- It removes the filters loaded in the screen.
### Registering a Group
To **register a group**, you must fill out the fields required by the application: Group Name and Description.
#### Available Fields
* **Name**: It allows registering the name of the group that will be displayed on the Administration screen, if it corresponds to a robot group. It also identifies de group of user permits.
* **Description**: It describes the group of robots.
#### Available Actions
##### Save New Group
Once you fill out the data of the new group, you may save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
After this action, the system displays a confirmation message:
If you click on the **Yes** button, the system proceeds to register the group by displaying it in the grid on the **Group Administration** screen. If you click on the **No** button, the system goes back to the **New Group** screen.
##### Cancelling the Registration
This action can be performed in two ways. By clicking on the button or on the button
After this action, the system displays a confirmation message:
If you click on the **No** button, the system goes back to the **New Group** screen. If you click on the **Yes** button, the system goes back to the **Group Administration** screen.
### Editing a Group
To edit a group, you must click on the Edit button on the grid of the Group Administration screen. After this action, the system displays the Edit Group screen.
#### Available Fields
- **Description**: It allows modifying the description of the group of robots.
#### Available Actions
##### Save Changes
Once you modify the available field, you may save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
After this action, the system displays a confirmation message:
If you click on the **Yes** button, the system proceeds to update the group by displaying it in the grid on the **Group Administration** screen. If you click on the **No** button, the system goes back to the **Edit Group** screen.

### Deleting a Group
To delete a group, you must click on the Delete button on the grid of the Group Administration screen.
After this action, the system displays the following message:
If the user clicks on the **No** button, the operation gets cancelled, and the group continues to appear on the grid. If the user clicks on the **Yes** button, the group gets deleted from the grid.
